Construction analysis and Planning, Costruction costing, Product Costing and budgeting, Purchase and Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate & maintain service line cost and price models
∎ Analyse the cost of RM and project the RM price for the projects.
∎ Analyze and monitor price variance and its impact on the project cost.
∎ Liaise with the purchasing team and determine the expected price variance and its impact on project delays.
∎ Conduct market research as required to support price positioning and planning
∎ Keep a track of the prices of important and valuable RMs nationally and internationally.
∎ Understand the import components of the product and the impact of foreign exchange (gain or loss) on such imports and thereby final RM cost.
∎ Contribute actively to the realization of the cost price targets
∎ Identify and proactively follow-up on material / costing related master data issues, to ensure that calculated cost prices reflect reality
∎ Analyzing for changes in operating procedures to improve efficiencies in payment and procurement processes
∎ Coordinate with management to ensure cost forecasting reports are consistently checked and applied
∎ Stay up-to-date on project budgets and project spending
∎ Contribute to developing yearly operation plans, budgets, and estimating new product costs, including economic analysis
∎ Ensure right cost for feasibility study
∎ Carry on ad-hoc analysis as and when required

∎ Generating data on price trends of important RMS globally and locally
