Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Process ticket reservations, changes, and cancellations for passengers.
∎ Issue electronic and paper tickets based on customer requests and preferences.
∎ Provide information on flight schedules, ticket prices, and travel regulations.
∎ Assist passengers with special requirements, such as those needing special assistance or with specific seating preferences.
∎ Keep up-to-date with flight schedules, delays, and cancellations.
∎ Communicate relevant information to passengers and assist them with rebooking if needed.
∎ Handle payments for ticket purchases, including cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment.
∎ Process refunds and manage any ticket-related financial transactions.
∎ Address and resolve customer complaints and issues related to ticketing or flight services.
∎ Work with other airline departments or partners to find solutions for passenger problems.
∎ Maintain accurate records of ticket transactions and passenger interactions.
∎ Ensure compliance with airline policies and regulatory requirements for ticketing.
∎ Communicate any necessary information regarding passenger needs or changes in flight status.
∎ Promote airline services and offers to passengers.
∎ Upsell additional services or upgrades where applicable.
∎ Use airline reservation and ticketing systems to manage bookings and perform administrative tasks.
