Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Masters of Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent degree from any reputed university of Bangladesh
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research and implement state-of-the-art ML models
∎ Develop machine learning applications according to requirements
∎ Machine learning tests automation and experiments
∎ Train and retrain systems when necessary with custom data
∎ Scale up deep learning training
∎ Modify existing model with custom requirement
∎ Tune hyper parameter and optimize model performance
∎ Ability to implement papers on AI.
∎ Demonstrated history of model research and design
∎ Office Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 years in AI based Software Development is required, but freshers are also encouraged to apply if you have good problem-solving skills and have good profile in kaggle platform.
∎ For Freshers, Next Solution Lab usually offer a 3 to 6 months training program to develop their skill in AI and Software development.
∎ Strong knowledge of Python
∎ Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures.
∎ Experienced with frameworks and libraries such as Tensorflow, Keras / PyTorch, OpenCV, Scipy, Numpy, Scikit-Learn, Pandas etc.
∎ Basics of machine learning algorithms (linear regression, logistic regression, CNN, RNN, LSTM, CTC, GAN, Encoder-decoder, Attention mechanism)
∎ Experienced with git.
∎ Familiar with Linux command lines
Salary:
∎ Start from BDT 35,000.00 (Upper limit is negotiable depending on experience & skills)
