Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Running student of ICMAB will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Aduit, MIS
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare all kind of statements & report that are related to day to day activities.
∎ Ensure bill/voucher checking as per company policy & International Accounting Standard.
∎ Company warehouse & Office audit as per instruction of HOD.
∎ Conduct operational audit, investigation, process audit, physical inventory counting, etc.
∎ Checking Monthly Statement of Inventory report & physically checking warehouse and report to Management.
∎ To ensure the various transactions, approvals and payments are made according to rules.
∎ Planning with cost control to minimize wastage for increased productivity and efficiency.
∎ To monitor inventory in regular basis.
∎ Knowledge about proper calculation, of vat, tax, custom duty, pricing & costing etc.
∎ To verify monthly inventory and make suggestions for any reconciliation if necessary.
∎ To ensure that all sorts of requisition, delivery challan, bill and voucher etc. are being checked and verify in the prescribe manner.
∎ Pre-audit and Post-audit of all accounting transactions, purchase requisitions, financial vouchers, bill etc. with ERP & Tally Software entry.
∎ Evaluate the level of compliance with established business control policies, processes, procedures, standards, laws and regulations in assigned functional areas/business units
∎ Identify control weaknesses or process improvement opportunities and initiate workable solutions
∎ Daily Sales & Local procurement audit, price verification and justification.
∎ Audit of compliance with Govt. law, Tax & VAT regulations, corporate governance guidelines and any other regulations as obligatory for the organization.
∎ Audit report preparation and submitting the report to the HOD and Management as per deadline.
∎ Any other audit related task that management/HOD requires.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Accounts Software Develops company requirements Wise.
∎ Must have knowledge of Excel/Google Sheet/Power Point/Word.
∎ Willing to Frequent Travel
