Audit and assurance services, Audit and Cost Management Accounting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead a team of professional auditors and ensure effective departmental performance.
∎ Plan statutory, internal, special, operational and compliance audits and reviews;
∎ Identify the scopes for development in financial operations and asset management.
∎ Review internal processes and operations, find out non-compliances from the internal controls and report accordingly.
∎ Make recommendations to improve business controls, efficiency and compliance.
∎ Ensure appropriate documentation and effective achieving system for future reference.
∎ Prepare various periodical reports on management requirements and submit the same accordingly
∎ All other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Salary: Negotiable
