∎ B.Sc in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management,from any reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Service Sector

∎ 15 to 18 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase/ Procurement, Store/ inventory, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Accountable to Supply Chain Management Operations.
∎ Proactively monitoring Material Planning & Control
∎ Warehouse Management
∎ S&OP process and Demand Planning
∎ Sourcing & Procurement
∎ Vendor Development & Management
∎ Out-sourcing and Sub-contract Management
∎ Production & Distribution Planning
∎ Established the true supply chain process and infrastructure. Setup Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Purchase, Import, Warehouse and Dispatch under Supply Chain umbrella.
∎ Established the central procurement and purchase team which was scattered and in discipline.
∎ Organize the import team and define the process to import and clearance within short and specific time.
∎ Understands major technical, organizational, managerial and business issues related to operations management.
∎ Should have in depth understanding on production based raw materials planning with logistics, Accessories & Garments & Textiles related spares & consumables Items
∎ Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed .
∎ Provide operational support and guidance to ensure maximum productivity Up to date market intelligence
∎ Establishing solid base of manufacturers, suppliers, vendors & service providers for aggregates, spares, consumables, commercial & logistics service providers
∎ Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps
∎ Day to day affairs related with banks & financial organizations
∎ Preparing work/purchase order,contracts, agreements in a professional manner
∎ Process payments, invoices to complete billing cycles

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to handle multiple, complex tasks and responsibilities simultaneously, often under tight timelines
∎ Strong written, oral and presentation skills
∎ Strong analytical or critical thinking skills
∎ Creative thinker with ability to identify process improvements
∎ Excellent relationship building skills
∎ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office required
∎ Able to lead supply chain Team
