Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. Mechanical Engineering from any recognized university/ institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare preventive maintenance schedule of mechanical equipment in the plant
∎ Assess maintenance needs of all mechanical equipments
∎ Ensure effective maintenance of mechanical equipment through regular monitoring of maintenance activities
∎ Monitor performance against targets set for mechanical maintenance metrics
∎ Prepare schedule for any shut-down required for preventive maintenance of mechanical equipment

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience in reputed Polyester Filament yarns industry.
∎ Must have hands on experience in mechanical maintenance of Wet chips conveying system, Process air dehumidifier system, LP dryer system, Chips dryer system, Dry chips conveying system, Extruder system, CPF system, Polymer melt line system, Spinning pumps system, Quenching system, Spin finish Application system, Yarn chimneys, Wings POY and FDY winders system, Doffing trolleys, yarn waste collection system, fumes exhaust system.
∎ Hands on experience in mechanical maintenance of Oerlikon Barmag DTY machines.
∎ Hands on experience in POY/FDY/DTY installation and commissioning.
∎ Hands on Experience in mechanical maintenance of all Utility equipments (Air compressors, Chillers, cooling towers, Air Handling units for POY/FDY/DTY buildings, WTP plant, DM water Plant).
∎ Knowledge of CP plant project will be an added advantage.
