Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement Administrative strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization culture.
∎ Direct and monitor overall Administration support services to ensure that services are effective, employee oriented and efficient to support smooth operations
∎ Liaison with Local Govt. Authority, Law and order enforcing agencies as and when required.
∎ Contributing to the preparation of any contract, deed, important correspondences, etc.
∎ Maintaining correspondences with related ministry.
∎ Coordinate production team and distribution of finished products for smooth delivery to depot and distributors.
∎ Documentation and reporting of received & disbursed materials
