Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Any Degree/ Diploma/ or advanced certificate in SCM will get extra added advantage in primary short listing.
∎ Training/ Trade Course: Vendor Management,Procurement,CSCM

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, garments supply chain, Purchase/ Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing, developing, executing & evaluating of potential suppliers.
∎ Conduct analysis to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality.
∎ Liaison between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments at factory and corporate office.
∎ Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
∎ Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.
∎ Perform cost and scenario analysis, and bench-marking.
∎ Assess, manage and mitigate risks.
∎ Evaluate supplier performance and create alternative pool.
∎ Seek reliable vendors and suppliers and also maintain contract files and use them as reference for the future.
∎ Monitor the availability of stocked raw materials and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
∎ Timely follow-up in-house material requirements..
∎ Maintain warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
∎ Review or update supply chain practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
∎ Meet with suppliers to discuss performance metrics, to provide performance feedback, or to discuss production forecasts or changes.
∎ Implement new or improved supply chain processes.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, engineering, production and quality assurance, to identify or qualify new suppliers.
∎ Document physical supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, position responsibilities, or system flows.
∎ Develop procedures for coordination of supply chain management with other functional areas, such as sales, marketing, finance, production, or quality assurance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 36 years
∎ Must have excellent spoken and writing skills both in English and Bengali
∎ Leadership Quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision Independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem solving ability.
