Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in EEE/ Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales of Heavy Construction Equipment & Crane etc.
∎ Create strategic marketing policy and implement the plan. Create & execute an annual sales plan with defined goals and objectives.
∎ Evaluates potential Customers, Communication with local Customers & foreign Clients.
∎ Travel to project sites, visit key clients and maintain professional business relationship within target accounts.
∎ Conduct training sessions for enhancing selling skills and technical knowledge.
∎ Manage long term business relationships with the clients to consistently achieve established Sales Plans/ Targets/ Collection targets.
∎ Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances. Review & analyze sales reports & other metrics.
∎ Shadow and mentor the sales team members on their approach, product knowledge, presentation skills, negotiation skills, relationship building skills, ability to close deals, etc.
∎ Perform any other lawful assignment given by the Competent Management on emergency requirement basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 to 15 years of Sales experience in the Construction Equipment industry, with a specific focus on Cranes, Excavators, Rollers, Backhoe Loaders, Air Compressors, and other related machinery. Demonstrated success in sales, with a track record of exceeding customer expectations, and a thorough knowledge of the latest industry trends and technology.
∎ Ability to speak and write fluently in English.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
∎ Capability to lead self, organization, and others.
∎ Excellent time management and ability to deliver on agreed timelines.
