Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. / Diploma in Chemical Engineering from any recognized university/ institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design of process parameters for Polyester Textured yarns including dope dyed yarns.
∎ Start up and stoppage of DTY machines.
∎ Production changeovers in DTY machines.
∎ Production planning.
∎ Monitoring of performance of all DTY products.
∎ Trouble shooting of process problems at DTY machines.
∎ Monitoring of draw texturizing tensions in OLT (on line tensor).
∎ Performance monitoring of each POY bobbin.
∎ Identifying faulty POY/DTY bobbins and taking actions to rectify the faults.
∎ Quality monitoring of all products of DTY products on daily basis.
∎ Monitoring of Yarn breaks and trouble shooting of process problem of higher yarn breaks.
∎ Planning for schedule maintenance of DTY machines.
∎ Meeting production quantity and quality targets on daily basis.
∎ Analysis of down grade product and trouble shooting of problem of higher down grade product/products.
∎ POY, Paper tubes and consumables stocks monitoring as per requirement on daily basis.
∎ Process control data collection, analysis and remedial actions on daily basis.
∎ Regular checks of process control parameters and to take necessary remedial actions.
∎ Understanding & analyzing customer complaints and take remedial actions at plant, if necessary.
∎ Take proactive measures to prevent any customer complaint.
∎ Market study to understand the customer requirements.
∎ New product developments.
∎ Create overall quality standard to meet customer requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in reputed Polyester Filament yarns industry.
∎ Hands on experience in Barmag DTY production machines.
∎ Hands on experience in DTY installation and commissioning.
∎ Hands on experience in handling all types of customer complaints.
