Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)

Distribution, Industrial & Production Engineering, steel fabrication
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keeping overall inventory within the limit set by top management.
∎ Storing of finished goods in an organized way and distribution to the different clients on time.
∎ Develop, lead and implement production plan align with organizational goal.
∎ Overall supervision and manage the Production .
∎ Building a 'Continuous improvement' agenda for the Plant's Operations.
∎ Liaison with the Planning, QC, Maintenance, Design, and other related departments.
∎ Assesses resource requirements. Measure performance, drives continuous improvement.
∎ Innovate, improvise, formulate and implement new concepts, techniques, methods and standard operating procedures in production and operation management to achieve better quality and productivity.
∎ Ensure total quality management (TQM) in production and operations process to meet the requirements of top management and external auditors.
∎ Expand the capacity of in-house workshop, develop skills and competencies of repair personnel and ensure smooth, timely maintenance of all machineries, equipment, installations and transports of the factory.
∎ Organize and supervise MIS activities of the factory and ensure verification and on time delivery of all routine and non-routine reports and returns to the line manager in relation to the production and operations of the factory.
∎ Ensure smooth inventories, stores and supply chain management at every stage of production.
∎ Train up the employees and workers to meet production and operations requirement as well as technological advancement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 6-8 years' experience in SPC Pole, Steel Fabrication / Steel industries is required.
∎ Effective leadership and management skills, has the mindset to follow strict operational compliance and Company policy & procedure.
∎ Effective communication skill to manage internal/external stakeholders
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - MUST be good in MS Office package (Especially, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multi-task and remain organized, meet deadlines
∎ Eager and willing to add to their knowledge base and skills
Salary:
