Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop an effective electrical related policy and procedures as per government law.
∎ Planning, Budgeting & Estimation.
∎ Prepare design specifications and technical drawings.
∎ Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
∎ Ensuring project progresses meet agreed specifications, budgets and timescales.
∎ Liaising with Regulatory bodies, clients, Contractors, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project.
∎ ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
∎ Prepare action plan in every segment of Construction works.
∎ Document Control, Materials approval record, Correspondence etc.
∎ providing technical advice and solving problems on site
∎ Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations.
∎ preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
∎ Managing power generation, transmission and distribution
∎ Testing installations and systems.
∎ Ensuring projects meet safety regulations
∎ Managing maintenance programs
∎ Working in factories, power stations, or research facilities, in a workshop, an office or outdoors.
