Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/M.Sc Engineering from a recognized university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle overall factory production including fabrication and galvanizing.
∎ Develop production strategies to increase productivity and reduce wastage.
∎ Develop galvanizing process to enhance efficiency and quality.
∎ Lead other production related activities including but not limited to pre-production tasks, prototype works, material handling, quality assurance, etc.
∎ Provide leadership to store department to optimize the Standard Operating Procedures.
∎ Provide leadership to the planning team to prepare efficient production plans which are aligned with customers' delivery configuration.
∎ Maintain strong and constructive liaise with maintenance department.
∎ Provide leadership to the reporting team to prepare and publish relevant production reports.
∎ Ensure that quality of product and process are in line with required standards.
∎ Ensure safety at workplace.
∎ Ensure housekeeping of workplace.
∎ Respect and practice Lean Manufacturing principles.
∎ Respect and practice 5S system.
∎ Host end customer for factory inspections and product inspections.
∎ Ensure success at product inspections.
∎ Arrange necessary training sessions to improve workers and employees' skillset and motivation.
∎ Ensure congenial working atmosphere.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ 8 years' working experience in any reputed private organization(s).
∎ Fluency in writing and speaking of English and Bangla.
∎ Leadership Quality.
∎ Physical fitness to ensure strenuous work.
∎ Sufficient skill in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel.
∎ Appropriate communication skills.
∎ Appropriate emailing skills.
∎ Calm temperament
Salary: Negotiable
