Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain BOQs for all Real estate projects in the company as per local building codes and regulations
∎ Lead and manage the team of BOQs, Estimations, and Rate Analysis
∎ Analyze labor and material costs, equipment costs, and other related costs
∎ Liaise with the project management team to ensure the accuracy of BOQs, estimates, and rate analysis
∎ Negotiate with vendors and contractors to obtain the best possible rates for materials, labor, and equipment
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors
∎ Participate in internal and external meetings related to BOQs, Estimations, and Rate Analysis
