∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bridge and Road Construction Monitoring, Project Management/ Co-ordinator
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise all constructional work
∎ To Maintain the quality work
∎ Liaison maintain the client and landowner
∎ Regular report to head office
∎ To maintain the safety and security
∎ To monitor ISO system or procedures.
∎ Field force coordination the works
∎ To maintain the works schedule
∎ To checked measurement book
∎ To estimated the all construction works
∎ To maintain the daily work program
∎ To prepared the MIS report timely
∎ Assist to organize the training for workers development.
∎ To ensure monthly work program, monthly work progress, monthly materials budget, monthly inventory report, and monthly contractors fund budget in every month.
∎ To check the Architectural, structural, plumbing as well as Electrical drawing of under supervision projects primarily.
∎ Over all project Management.
∎ Project related all problem find out and solution.
∎ Ensure projects are completed on time as per the agreed time line.
∎ Ensure projects are completed within the budget costs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Proactive.
