Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor all administrative activities closely and provide adequate support to run the operation smoothly
∎ Review the existing policies and procedures to strengthen the safety and security structure of all production units under the region
∎ Ensure the implementation of all laid down policies and procedures applicable for all business units under the region
∎ Responsible for managing ongoing, short term and long term property acquisition process, relevant documentation, and dispute management and ensure proper management of company assets
∎ Oversee all local purchases are completed in compliance with company policy and within a cost-effective manner
∎ Monitor the farm performance, notify the Management immediately in case of any non conformance and flock performance issues in farms and coordinate with Farm Production Heads to initiate corrective actions.
∎ Ensure CSR activities for the region are initiated and managed effectively
∎ Support ER/HR to ensure the right utilization of manpower in production units
∎ Maintain an effective relationship with government bodies and coordinate with key government officials to ensure the organization operates within labor compliance in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 14 years
∎ 12 - 15 years of experience; at least 6/8 years in Manager/Senior Manager position
∎ Have excellent oral and written communication skills
∎ Have extensive experience in handling legal procedures (filing GD & criminal cases, resolving land dispute), liaison with local administration, police and law enforcing agencies
∎ Have direct exposure in dealing with employee's grievance and disciplinary procedures
∎ Have the ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances and policies

∎ Depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate, remuneration will be competitive.
