Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ PGD Supply Chain will get preferred
∎ Skills Required: Communication and Negotiation Skill, Decision making, Leadership and interpersonal skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Commercial and Bond Customs, Commercial/ Purchase, Supply Chain, Supply Chain Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Commercial and Supply Chain department.
∎ Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.
∎ Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
∎ Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals.
∎ Sound knowledge on export and Import.
∎ New source development, maintain updated records of purchase, quality, specifications, price trend, delivery information, stock levels etc. are to be supervised, monitored and ensured.
∎ Direct & coordinate activities of personnel engaged in the Local procurement department.
∎ Developing and implementing procurement strategy & policies and forecast procurement needs.
∎ Plan & develop local purchase matter with modern tools & techniques.
∎ Responsible for planning, developing and buying materials, parts, supplies and equipment in a timely and cost effective way.
∎ Collect competitive price from suppliers & prepare comparative statement for management decision.
∎ Prepare purchase requisitions, approve, issues purchase orders and ensure authorization as necessary to facilitate the timely purchase in accordance with company policy.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of requisitioned material with specified quality.
∎ Make a liaison with production line for strong procurement planning & take necessary steps if crisis period of short stock occur.
∎ Suggest/ recommend to solve any critical issues to Supervisor/ Department Head.
∎ Prepare and furnish reports as and when required by Supervisor/ Department Head.
∎ Monitor and supervise works of the allocated SBUs.
∎ Sourcing & tracking out different suppliers on continuous basis.
∎ Coordinate and liaison with stakeholders as needed

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have at least 10 years of relevant experience in any group of companies (FMCG) essentially at least 03 years of experience in a leading position of SCM dept.
∎ Should have excellent negotiation skill & leadership ability to lead a team.
