Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ M.Com (Finance, Accounts & Management) from any reputed University of Bangladesh or abroad.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ All kinds of debit/credit voucher collection from banks and checking as per sanction advice/Schedule of charges.
∎ Checking of Fund Requisition/ Debited for LC opening, Docs release , Final payment & others miscellaneous
∎ Container hiring for FOB basis imported goods carrying up to Chottogram Sea port
∎ L/C opening, Document retirement and any other foreign exchange related job.
∎ Group Brief information regarding Turnover, Gross Profit, Liability, Net Profit, Net Worth
∎ ICRR preparation for all concerns and soft copy maintain.
∎ Marine policy collection and bill preparation and checking with management approved rate
∎ Project balance sheet, Income, Expenditure, profit/loss statement preparation.
∎ Statement preparation for conditional payment under DP LC, APG and Final Acceptance Certificate.
∎ Group liability statement preparation & quarterly update.
∎ Project wise land schedule preparation.
∎ Submission of upgrated land related documents to bank.
∎ Submission of update insurance policy & security cheque to bank.
∎ Recheck of bank charges vouchers/calculation.
∎ Request bank of issuance of FDR mentioning period & interest rate.
∎ Request to bank to honor our account payee clearing cheque (SND/STD/high value).
∎ Bank statement collection from all banks.
∎ Import cum export permission from CCI & E and Bangladesh bank.
∎ Deferred L/C payment schedule maintain.
∎ UPAS L/C payment schedule maintain.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have deep knowledge in English so that can make commercial correspondence with foreign countries wherever is necessary.
∎ Should have knowledge of smooth computer operation.
Salary: Negotiable
