Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in Accounting and Finance
∎ M. Com/ MBA (Accounting/ Finance) from any recognized university with CA (Inter) in preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Accounts, Audit, Finance/ Accounts

∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good Knowledge about financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.
∎ Lead and manage the finance associates to ensure regular accounting works.
∎ Maintain banking relationship and prepare monthly reconciliation. Prepare loan statements and treasury plan.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts.
∎ Strong analytical and financial skills, practical knowledge of government rules related to Taxation, VAT, SEC & Bangladesh guidelines and Banking.
∎ Sound knowledge in maintaining process costing & inventory control mechanism.
∎ Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
∎ Prepare Master budget and foresee the collective controlling on it Interact with internal & external Auditors from time to time Monitoring Financial Risk Assessment.
∎ Any other assignment given by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to effectively direct and supervise team.
∎ The incumbent who are working in the listed company are preferred.
∎ Knowledge and ability in the use of software applications
∎ Ability to work effectively under stressful conditions.
∎ Ability to exercise initiative and sound judgment and to react with discretion under varying conditions.
∎ The candidate must have working experience at least 10 years of a large group of Industries.
