Call Center
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle Customer queries and complaints meeting the service level standard
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information and documents to the customer via mail, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Perform every call actively to solve client's problem.
∎ Report time to time to Supervisor for complicated issues.
∎ Customer quick response (over phone& mail).
∎ Any other task assign by Supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Must have basic computer knowledge (Specially MS Excel, Word) & English Language proficiency.
∎ It would be preferable The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Call Center.
∎ Ability in work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 10000 - 12000 (Monthly)
