Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Listen and understand the customer’s complaints and provide suitable solution to customers.
∎ Attend inbound and outbound calls of customers.
∎ Ensuring instant customer satisfaction.
∎ Provide product information over the phone to customers regarding products & services.
∎ Updated and good communication skills (by mobile/email and others) with cross department.
∎ Working experience in Data center will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Report day- to- day activities to the concerned authority.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
