Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle incoming calls and outgoing calls with greeting in a professional way.
∎ Processing orders via email or phone
∎ Manage different software, tools and websites.
∎ Create area/territory-wise sales reports on daily/monthly basis.
∎ Maintaining monthly sales reports and updating customer records.
∎ Strong communication skills along with active listening.
∎ Provide product and service information to customers.
∎ Maintain client’s records and follow-up system Business concerns.
∎ Contact with valuable clients to obtain missing information and to receive answer against any query.
∎ Communicating necessary feedback form customer internally.
∎ Tracking and reviewing the movement plan of sales force.
∎ To Prepare and review the attendance of sales people.
∎ Communication with customers and actively listening to all the problems and giving them feedback.
∎ Collect necessary information from clients.
∎ Occasionally, need to Visit nearby clients for meeting purposes.
∎ Any other task is given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a smart attitude and be well-presentable.
∎ Energetic & dedicated to work.
∎ Excellent communication skills both writing and speaking ability with proper English and Bangla pronunciation.
∎ Posting, and preparing daily & monthly statements.
∎ Computer knowledge: Email, MS- Excel, MS- Word, Bangla & English typing.
∎ Good Interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure and with teamwork.
∎ Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
∎ Assist admin team members or other depts. member for related works.
