∎ Exceptional Communication: MUST BE FLUENT in ENGLISH, both written and spoken, for clear and professional client interactions.

∎ Reporting and Analytics: Strong ability to use Google Sheets/ MS Excel for reporting and analysis.
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in affiliate management
∎ Experience in the Pay Per Call, CPL, CPA, CPS industry is highly preferred.
∎ Ability to work for extended periods on a computer.
∎ No significant physical demands beyond typical office work.
∎ Key Capabilities:

∎ Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with affiliates.
∎ Serve as the main point of contact, addressing affiliates needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
∎ Ensure affiliate expectations are met by coordinating with internal teams to deliver quality services.
∎ Regularly gather affiliate feedback and implement strategies to improve satisfaction.
∎ Address affiliate issues or complaints effectively and escalate when necessary.
∎ Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges before they escalate.
∎ Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing affiliates to expand the network.
∎ Build strong relationships with affiliates to ensure retention and engagement.
∎ Negotiate competitive commission structures and payout terms with affiliates.
∎ Monitor affiliate performance metrics (e.g., conversions, click-through rates, and ROI) to ensure optimal performance
∎ Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights and industry benchmarks.
∎ Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and brand guidelines across all affiliate campaigns.
∎ Monitor program success and generate performance reports.
∎ Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, networks, and emerging technologies.
∎ Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
∎ Develop and execute strategic initiatives to improve affiliate acquisition and retention.

∎ For this role, FLUENCY in ENGLISH is a MUST, both written and spoken, for clear and professional client interactions.
∎ Shift Timing: Monday to Saturday 7 pm to 5 a.m BST (Saturdays half day from 7 pm to 1 a.m). This is a NIGHT SHIFT JOB and the shift timing is NON-NEGOTIABLE

∎ Ray Advertising, a globally recognized performance marketing agency specializing in Pay Per Call, affiliate marketing, and lead generation, is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager/Partner Relationship Manager to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for managing and expanding our affiliate partnerships, driving performance across multiple verticals (insurance, home services, finance, legal, mass tort, and nutra), and ensuring the successful execution of our affiliate marketing strategies.

∎ Probation Period: We have a one month of probation period where you will receive 50% of the agreed salary. Upon successful completion of your probation period you will be paid the full salary.
