∎ We are looking for energetic & self-motivated individual for the position of Admission Officer at Cardiff International School Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Remain as basic point of contact for customers with queries, complaints, feedback and request etc.
∎ Ensure timely and professional responses to all complaints, request and queries received.
∎ Provide necessary support to enrollment of new students at Cardiff International School Dhaka (CISD)
∎ Ensure necessary service(s) for the existing parents and students
∎ Creative planning and execution of all the digital marketing campaign.
∎ Manage social media marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, YouTube etc.)
∎ Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
∎ Render useful administrative support to other departments whenever needed by CISD management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of working in Admission Desk, Digital Marketing, Customer Care Department in a renowned School, College or University will be preferred.
∎ Must have good computer skill.
∎ Polished communication skill - both verbal and written in Bengali & English. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Candidate must have convincing, pleasant and motivational personality.
