Student Admission, Student Counselling
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Representing the Institute to students, parents and alumni in a variety of settings: evening information programs; high school visits; college fairs; and counselor meetings.
∎ Providing clarifications to students' queries in a professional manner. Following-up with students for any enquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and e-mails.
∎ Advising students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility and costs involved.
∎ Evaluating applications and participating in the selection process.
∎ Arranging orientation programs, educational workshops and graduation programs for students.
∎ Providing support to prepare admission related presentations.
∎ Conducting on-campus information sessions to both large and small groups; assisting with other on-campus recruitment and yield activities.
∎ Maintaining a database of student information, telephone logs and student feedbacks in order to generate student reports for the management whenever required.
∎ Provide support to the Senior Admission Counselor when needed.
∎ Performing other duties/projects as assigned by the Admission office, or other senior staff members.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have depth knowledge in Customer Services.
∎ Good communication skills in both Bangla and English is a must
∎ Good presentation skill
∎ Must be good at IT skills including MS Office, Internet, and E-mail correspondence
∎ Good interpersonal skills, energetic and ability to meet targets
∎ Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic, able to work in stressful situations
