∎ Bachelor/Honors, Masters in any discipline
∎ Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Public Health, or a related field from a recognized university.
∎ Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus.

∎ Experience in counseling, customer service, or admissions will be highly valued.
∎ Familiarity with the challenges and sensitivities surrounding addiction and recovery.
∎ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, in Bengali and English.
∎ Strong active listening skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
∎ High level of empathy, compassion, and non-judgmental attitude.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
∎ Discretion and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
∎ Willingness to work flexible hours, which may include some evenings or weekends, to accommodate client needs.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients and their families seeking addiction treatment services.
∎ Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments to understand the client's needs, addiction history, and personal circumstances.
∎ Provide comprehensive information about the treatment center's programs, services, philosophy, and admission process.
∎ Answer questions and address concerns from potential clients and their families with empathy and clarity.
∎ Guide prospective clients and their families through the entire admission process, from initial inquiry to intake.
∎ Verify insurance benefits and discuss financial arrangements for treatment with clients or their guarantors.
∎ Collaborate closely with clinical staff, medical professionals, and administrative teams to ensure a smooth and seamless admission experience.
∎ Maintain accurate and confidential records of all inquiries, assessments, and admission-related communications.
∎ Follow up with prospective clients who have expressed interest but have not yet admitted.
∎ Participate in marketing and outreach activities to promote the center's services, as required.
∎ Represent the center professionally and compassionately at all times.
∎ Adhere to all ethical guidelines, confidentiality policies, and regulatory requirements.
∎ Contribute to a positive and supportive environment for both clients and staff.
