∎ Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (MS word, Excel) and the use of Internet
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Schedule meetings and appointments
∎ Correspond with different parties by email and letter
∎ Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
∎ Organize office operations and procedures
∎ Provide general support to staff & visitor
∎ Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
