Job Responsibilities:
∎ The KMC is looking for an Administrative Officer to join its growing team. In this role, you will need to organize and oversee all administrative and clerical functions to ensure KMC's operations run as efficiently as possible. The duties and responsibilities of an Administrative Officer typically include but are not limited to:
∎ Greeting and directing visitors, answering phone inquiries, and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner
∎ Perform job analysis and human resources planning
∎ Conduct recruitment related to all activities
∎ Arrange orientation for newly joined employees
∎ Organize and provide training for the development of employees
∎ Conduct transfer, promotion, performance appraisal, clearance related jobs
∎ Responsible for communication with Government concern agencies
∎ Ensure that all government approvals, renewals are obtained, and all notifications are answered on time
∎ Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times
∎ Manage all assets - furniture, fixtures, and equipment and keep their records.
∎ Handle procurements issues like promotion and publication materials and coordinate events as needed
∎ Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports, and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information
∎ Ensure safety, security, and utilities for office
∎ Ensuring all contract agreements made between the organization and third parties for service, lease, rental, etc., are on time and followed by laws and legislations of the countries
∎ Ensuring an enjoyable and undisputable office environment is available by making sure service charges, house rent, bills for utilities, etc., are paid on time
∎ Maintain KMC's all policies
∎ Implement HR and Admin guidelines of the organization
∎ Handle the maintenance issues of vehicle (Four-wheeler, Motor Cycle) of the Company and submit monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reports to management
∎ Tracking of deliverables to the client as per the contract
∎ Assist in tracking of submission of information, EOIs, proposals, and ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems
∎ Ready for work as per management decision
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least five years of work experience as an administrative officer/HR officer
∎ Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Outlook
∎ A solid understanding of financial processes such as bookkeeping and tax filing
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
∎ Self-motivated and detail-oriented
