∎ Graduate/Master in Human Recourse Management from any university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending Human Resource Policies and procedures.
∎ Recruiting, training and developing staff.
∎ Approving job descriptions and advertisements.
∎ Fully responsible for employees Payroll Management.
∎ Ensure employee nursing like increment, promotion, transfer and Appraisal related work.
∎ Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees.
∎ Organizing staff training sessions and activities.
∎ Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
∎ Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures.
∎ Ensuring candidates have the right to work at the organization.
∎ Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 Years in Food & Beverage Industries as Admin/Compliance Officer.
∎ Excellent communication & Team skills.
∎ Supervising and managing the work of subordinates Officer & staffs.
∎ Demonstrable experience in developing product standard and production plans.
∎ Good knowledge of Industrial Standards and Safety Norms and process operation of plant.
∎ Pleasant personality & able to lead Production team.
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint Presentation, and ERP etc.
