Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage & Control the overall administration department and its activities.
∎ Ensure day-to-day administrative tasks, including office maintenance, vendor management, procurement of office supplies, and coordination of office activities.
∎ Ensure that the receptionists, cleaners, security personnel and support staff are providing smooth administrative services.
∎ Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including venue booking, catering arrangements, and logistical support.
∎ Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external vendors on administrative matters, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements·
∎ Provide administrative support to various departments, including HR, finance, and operations, as per requirement.
∎ Ensure various facilities to entertain expatriates & delegates as per necessity.
∎ Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines and procedures within the office premises.
∎ Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for management, as well as expense reports, as required.
∎ Monitor & keep records of all company vehicles.
∎ Order and manage office supplies and equipment·
∎ Ensure proper servicing & maintenance of all company vehicles based on necessity.
∎ Monitor and manage budgets related to administrative operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
∎ Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required.
