Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after the overall administration of the economic zone.
∎ Supervise and coordinate the activities of the management, non-management staff in the site including coordination of Annual Evaluation for these employees
∎ Prepare duty roster and holiday duty for management, non-management staffs at site and also responsible for job distribution among them during the non-working days
∎ Coordinate activities related to recruitment, leave management, promotion etc.
∎ Prepare monthly salary sheet, Overtime sheet on a Monthly/Daily Basis.
∎ Implement the layout plan including arranging the necessary furniture and coordinating the repair works with maintenance unit
∎ Provide all logistical support furniture, telephone line, network connection, power line, etc. with the help of repair and maintenance team, IT team.
∎ Provide logistic support (food arrangement, decoration, etc.) at sites based on requirement.
∎ Plan and take proper action for events organized for employees along with preparing budget and costs.
∎ Coordinate the legal issues with company lawyer and keep files up to date
∎ Liaison with local elites and police administration and other govt. institution like local Thana, labor office/ Fire & Civil defense, environment office in order to ensure smooth admin functions.
∎ Resolve any untoward internal & external incident of the factories through proper channel.
∎ Coordinate with Head Office Admin & Managerial works.
∎ Maintain physical and digital personnel records like employee personal file, employment contracts.
∎ Ability to communicate through internet.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound communication skills over Bangla & English
∎ Should possess leadership ability and be able to supervise large number of employees
∎ Good proficiency in Ms. Excel

Salary: Negotiable
