Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Management
∎ MBA/Masters (Management/HRM) with minimum CGPA 3.6 (4:00 scale) preferably from Dhaka University/Foreign Universities or from NSU/IUB/BRAC/AIUB (BBA and MBA both).
∎ Should be able to conduct courses in the area of Business Management/Leadership and alike.
∎ Research publication in reputed journal shall deserve special consideration.
∎ Advanced or Higher Research Degrees will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Delivering outcome-based taught programmes reflecting modern teaching and research outputs;
∎ Designing, preparing and developing teaching materials;
∎ Delivering lectures, conducting seminars, guiding field visits and tutorials;
∎ Assessing students' coursework according to Leeds Trinity University;
∎ Supporting students through a pastoral/advisory role;
∎ Developing assessment tools, assignment briefs, case studies for learners performance evaluation;
∎ Preparing for structured viva and mid-term assessment;
∎ Supervising students' research activities, projects, assignments;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skill, good work ethics;
∎ Proactive work ethics with the ability to take initiative and ownership of projects;
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and achieve specified results;
∎ Ability to work independently and within a team under minimum supervision;
