Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.
∎ Preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
∎ Fixed Asset Register preparation,
∎ Documenting financial transactions by entering account information.
∎ Recommending financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
∎ Summarizing current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
∎ Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
∎ Securing financial information by completing database backups.
∎ Maintaining financial security by following internal controls.
∎ Preparing payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
∎ Answering accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
∎ Preparing special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
∎ Providing input to Quarterly VAT, TAX preparation & Corporation Tax return.
∎ Perform other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s) but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Highly Energetic.
∎ Long term commitment and analytical ability
∎ Basic Accounting Skill
∎ Skilled in using Microsoft office tools and spreadsheet applications
∎ A primary knowledge of compliance issues & Software.
∎ Keen to learn & flexible to meet the deadline
