∎ Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
∎ Proficiency in Accounting management software (ERP/Tally mendatory)
∎ Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
∎ High attention to detail and accuracy
∎ Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business objectives
∎ Preparing periodic financial reports and dashboards for senior management
∎ Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
∎ Managing cash flow, working capital, and investment strategies & Implementing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to mitigate risks
∎ Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate policies
∎ Monitoring and controlling costs to improve profitability
∎ Identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
∎ Preparing daily cash balance statement
∎ Reporting to the management as per requirement.
