Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors / Masters in Accounting from any reputed University.
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee preparation and submission of financial statements
∎ Ensure appropriate systems and cost effective, timely procedures such as cash management, vendor payments, and budgeting are in place to properly disburse
∎ All kinds finance & accounts related work.
∎ Monitoring accounts receivables, Bill submission, payments, audit of all accounts.
∎ Maintain tax & vat issues, Banking and financial relation, Corporate Tax return & reporting to management.
∎ Scan all the documents and backup both online and offline.
∎ Prepare vouchers & other reports in support of the financial statements.
∎ Summarizing current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
∎ Check salary, wage, OT, festival bonus, incentives (if applicable), arrange check payment requisition and ensure the effective distribution of the same;.
∎ Monthly salary & overtime sheet check.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Accounts, Knowledge/experience of using VAT and Tax.
∎ Accounting related training.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: accounting, finance, accounts management.
∎ Long-term commitment, analytical ability and excellent organizing ability.
∎ Good with numbers & figures and an analytical acumen.
