∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
∎ Skills Required: Accounts

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all accounts related books and documents (Cash book, Ledger, Cheque register, Stock register, Salary register, fixed assets register, Advance register, Bank Reconciliation, procurement register etc.).
∎ Bill/Voucher preparation & deduct TAX and VAT as per NBR Rules.
∎ Monthly VAT returns preparation & submission.
∎ Yearly Tax return preparation & submission.
∎ Receive cheque & cash from concerned department & deposit to the bank.
∎ Provide support service for project implementation.
∎ Timely arrange & prepare all documentations for yearly financial audit of this company
∎ Check and monitor financial activities, transactions and expenditures.
∎ Prepare different financial reports for top management.
∎ Any other related jobs as may be required by the Department and Assigned by supervisor.
∎ Must have knowledge of software based accounting i.e Proficiency in Accounting Software (Tally ERP9 Quick Book)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ideal candidates should have relevant experience of working in accounts operation of IT/ITES industry as well as experience manufacturing industry.

Salary: Negotiable
