Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions of the resort.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Handle payroll management and staff attendance.
• Manage overall administrative activities including staff scheduling, recruitment, and employee welfare.
• Maintain proper inventory of resort assets and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Liaise with external auditors, vendors, and regulatory bodies when required.
• Assist management in budget preparation and cost control.
• Supervise housekeeping, front desk, and kitchen coordination when needed.
Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (BBA/MBA preferred).
• Professional certifications (CA, CMA, or similar) will be an added advantage.

• At least 4-5years of experience in accounts or administrative roles.
• Experience in the hospitality industry will be highly preferred.
