Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions of the resort.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Handle payroll management and staff attendance.
Manage overall administrative activities including staff scheduling, recruitment, and employee welfare.
Maintain proper inventory of resort assets and supplies.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Liaise with external auditors, vendors, and regulatory bodies when required.
Assist management in budget preparation and cost control.
Supervise housekeeping, front desk, and kitchen coordination when needed.
