Shayan Resort is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts & Admin Executive to manage financial records, administrative operations, and ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and VAT regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting expertise along with administrative and regulatory knowledge.

💼 Key Responsibilities
🔢 Accounts, Tax & VAT Duties
• Maintain daily financial transactions (cash, bank, and ledger entries)
• Prepare invoices, bills, and payment vouchers
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Perform bank reconciliation regularly
• Prepare and submit VAT returns and tax-related documents in compliance with local laws
• Maintain proper VAT records (input/output VAT, challans, registers)
• Assist in tax calculations, deductions, and filings (TDS, income tax, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with government financial regulations and policies
• Support internal and external audits
• Manage payroll processing and staff expense claims

• Oversee general office administration and supplies
• Maintain employee records and attendance
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Assist in HR-related tasks (recruitment, onboarding, documentation)
• Manage correspondence (emails, calls, official documents)

• Support management with reports and operational tasks

🎯 Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (hospitality experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Tax, VAT regulations, and compliance procedures
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
