Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and Record day to day Transaction in the system
∎ Creating and processing invoices
∎ Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
∎ Managing a company's accounts payable and receivable
∎ Sending bills and invoices to clients
∎ Tracking organization expenses
∎ Processing refunds
∎ Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
∎ visiting Bank and CA chamber For Company Accounts Inquiry
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact regularly with clients regarding sensitive topics like billing and payments
∎ Must be Fluent in English.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Tally ERP 9 Software.
∎ Knowledge on VAT & TAX.
∎ Adept computer skills and proficiency using programs like Microsoft Excel, powerpoint.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
