Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation / Post Graduation in Finance / Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keeping track of daily transactions.
∎ Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure.
∎ Managing banking activities & reconciliation bank statement with bank ledger.
∎ To ensure all accounting source documents are accurately recorded and preserved in the books of accounts/ accounting software.
∎ Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements, fund requisitions, financial reports monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
∎ To prepare all required documentation for financial audits in co-operation with co-ordination with management.
∎ Maintain records of bills, taxes, fines & all kind of incomes & expenditures.
∎ All Academic responsibilities related to students' exam, parents dealing & other duties as the position requires.
∎ Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Execution of all other official assignments given by the Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Experience in accounts department for 3(Three) years.
∎ Excellency in MS office.
∎ Able to do multi-tasking and dynamic job.
∎ Ability to work independently and under pressure.
