∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, Income Tax and VAT, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), VAT and Tax
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take responsibility for properly keeping records of revenues, expenses, funds at hand & bank, general ledger, payable/receivable, payroll etc.
∎ Verify all expenses which are made against authorized and approved vouchers/bills / invoices.
∎ Keep up to date of all accounts related documents for inspection at any time and update the cash book for further requirements.
∎ Capable of preparing Financial, cash flow, financial forecasting, balance sheet, budget & budgetary control of the accounts of the company efficiently
∎ To ensure internal control system through Finance, Accounts, Audit and other means.
∎ Should clearly know Value Added Tax Act and Rules, 1991.
∎ Should have clear knowledge of Value Added Tax Act & Supplementary Duty Act, 2012 and VAT & SD Rules, 2016.
∎ Should have clear Knowledge of Customs Act, 1969.
∎ Should have clear knowledge about VDS & TDS.
∎ Maintain purchase register, Sales register, Musuk Challan, VAT returns and all other register as per VAT and SD Act, 12.
∎ Prepare and Submit Monthly VAT Returns online in due time.
∎ Handling VAT Audit conducted by VAT Authorities and other Govt. Auditors.
∎ Handling external Audits (Govt. & Private) for TAX accounts and other issues.
