Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Experience in related position for 2- 3 years.
∎ Experience in mid school teaching under Cambridge Education Board for 10 years.
∎ Good knowledge in classroom management, students and parents dealing is essentially required.
∎ High level of proficiency Both in English and Bengali is essential.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Fully responsible for the academics of STD V - VII.
∎ Development, re-enforce and review of school academic policies, rules and regulations.
∎ Recheck lesson plans, syllabus, lecture materials, Question Papers and other related materials.
∎ Provide guidance & feedback to teachers and to the In-charge.
∎ Arrange and conduct teachers' training.
∎ Developing and reinforce strategies to improve student performance.Parents' handling.Collaborate with school administrators and personnel.
∎ Active supervision in School events.
∎ Selected candidate needs to travel to Uttara (Sector # 3) on regular basis.
