- Experience in related position for 2- 3 years.
- Experience in mid school teaching under Cambridge Education Board for 10 years.
- Good knowledge in classroom management, students and parents dealing is essentially required.
- High level of proficiency Both in English and Bengali is essential.
Responsibilities & Context:
Fully responsible for the academics of STD V - VII.
Development, re-enforce and review of school academic policies, rules and regulations.
Recheck lesson plans, syllabus, lecture materials, Question Papers and other related materials.
Provide guidance & feedback to teachers and to the In-charge.
Arrange and conduct teachers` training.
Developing and reinforce strategies to improve student performance.Parents` handling.Collaborate with school administrators and personnel.
Active supervision in School events.
Selected candidate needs to travel to Uttara (Sector # 3) on regular basis.
