Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ O/A Level background and qualification will be given preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Classroom teaching, Education Administration/ Management, English (Language)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and maintain routines including class routines (combined and section-wise), examinations routines (quarter assessment and term /mock examinations) and teachers' personal routines.
∎ Observe classes conducted by allotted subject teachers twice in each quarter and report to HR Department by submitting a jotter sheet/evaluation sheet
∎ Train new teachers and follow up their work
∎ Conduct academic collaboration meetings as per schedule set from corporate office and report submission of email to Principal and Team Leader.
∎ Conduct weekly meetings with all teachers to ensure smooth execution of set plans.
∎ Coordinate events on the Program of the Year (scheduled with the Students' Council and Academic Calendar)
∎ Ensure high quality care for individual students by assigning extra classes and special question set for special cases as per requirement
∎ Recheck the following documents, report to the Team Leader and rectify the problems
∎ Manage all resources i.e. textbooks, syllabus, annual plan, quarterly lesson plans, sample copies, report cards, certificates, transcripts etc. for all available subjects.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only female candidates are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in teaching and academic coordination at English Medium School.
∎ High level proficiency in English.
∎ Active participation in school events.
∎ Training on teaching methodology will be added as advantages.
∎ Must have computer Literacy in MS Office, Zoom, Google Classrooms and Browsing.
Salary: Negotiable
