Job Context:
∎ Job nature: Full time (8.00 AM to 2.30 PM)
∎ Job location: Old Dhaka (Wari).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reports to the Principal
∎ Responsible for the academic management of the whole school.
∎ Hold regular meetings with Subject Coordinators/Supervisors to monitor academic progress of all classes.
∎ Plan and implement professional development for all teaching staffs.
∎ Responsible for all the disciplinary affairs, behavioral management and moral building of students.
∎ Ensure the effective remedial help for the slow learners.
∎ Liaise with existing students' parents.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Vast Knowledge about Cambridge/ Edexcel Syllabus.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Teaching/Training, Education Administration/Management, Curriculum/Program Development.
∎ We prefer candidate who is goal oriented and can handle job pressure
∎ Willing to take part in the life of school
∎ The applicant should have a strong communication skill and writing in English.
