Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible air conditioning technicians install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioner.
∎ Carries out preventive maintenance of Air Conditioning equipment and systems.
∎ Carries out routine checks and logs of the status of Air Conditioning equipment.
∎ Requisitions for materials required for the smooth operation of the Air Conditioning equipment.
∎ Install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged.
∎ Assist in verification of Air Conditioning spares purchased/Supplied.
∎ Trouble shoot Air Conditioning equipment malfunctions, diagnose problems and perform maintenance on Air Conditioning equipment.
∎ Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units.
∎ Make recommendations to replace equipment if expected cost to repair exceeds possible replacement cost.
∎ Perform regular cleaning of the equipment.
∎ AC indoor/Outdoor down servicing.
∎ Faulty compressor identification.
∎ Gas leakage repairing and Vacuum cleaning.
∎ Ceiling, split, window, cassata, and VRF AC repairing experience, Chiller repairing
∎ Air conditioner cleaning, adjusting, repairing, and performing warranty services.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Familiar with the local AC market, including but not limited to market needs, price ranges of different types of AC and installation materials.
∎ Excellent time management skills can finish assigned tasks on time with satisfactory results.

Salary: Negotiable
