• বিভিন্ন অনলাইন আবেদনপত্র পূরণ ও জমা দেওয়া (যেমন: জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র সংশোধন, জন্ম নিবন্ধন, ট্রেড লাইসেন্স, ভূমি সংক্রান্ত আবেদন ইত্যাদি)

• ভূমি (Land) সম্পর্কিত অনলাইন সার্ভিস যেমন mutation, porcha, dalil, mouza map ইত্যাদি ডাউনলোড ও প্রিন্ট করা

• গ্রাহকদের সরকারি বিভিন্ন ওয়েবসাইটে অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি, OTP ভেরিফিকেশন ইত্যাদি করানো

• স্ক্যান, প্রিন্ট, ফটোকপি, পিডিএফ কনভার্ট ইত্যাদি দৈনন্দিন অফিস কাজ করা

• অনলাইন ফি পেমেন্ট (Bkash/Nagad/Sonar bank ইত্যাদি) সহায়তা করা

• প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ডেটা এন্ট্রি, ডকুমেন্ট সংরক্ষণ ও রিপোর্ট তৈরি
