Skills Required: AutoCAD 2D 3D, 3D Visualization, 3D modeling and rendering, Time Management
Additional Requirements:
- Age 24 to 32 years
* Strong proficiency in SketchUp and 3D Modeling.
* Good knowledge of rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape, D5 Render, or Lumion.
* Knowledge of 3D Animation and Walkthrough Production.
* Understanding of interior & exterior design, materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, and composition.
* Ability to read and understand architectural and interior drawings.
* Strong visual sense with excellent attention to detail.
* Creative mindset and ability to transform design concepts into realistic visuals.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Responsibilities & Context:
* Create high-quality, realistic 3D visualizations for both interior and exterior projects.
* Develop detailed 3D models for residential, commercial, office, retail, and other architectural projects.
* Produce realistic interior and exterior renders with professional lighting, materials, textures, landscaping, and camera angles.
* Create 3D interior and exterior animations and walkthrough videos to showcase design concepts.
* Transform 2D architectural drawings and design concepts into detailed 3D models.
* Collaborate with architects and interior designers to develop and visualize design concepts.
* Prepare interior & exterior perspectives, presentation-ready renders, animations, and walkthroughs for clients.
* Revise 3D models, renders, and animations based on client feedback and design updates.
* Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency across all visualization projects.
* Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and project requirements.
